KSR- സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാരുടെ സേവനം, വേതന വ്യവസ്ഥ യും പെൻഷനെ കുറച്ചും കുറച്ചു വസ്തുതകൾ പ്രേതിപാദിക്കുന്നു. ശമ്പളം, അവധി, ജോയിനിംഗ് ടൈം തുടങ്ങിയവ ഒന്നാം ഭാഗത്തിലും യാത്ര ബത്തകൾ രണ്ടാം ഭാഗത്തിലും വിരമിക്കൽ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ (പെൻഷൻ നിയമങ്ങൾ) മൂന്നാം ഭാഗത്തിലും ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഭാഗം ഒന്നിലെയും ഭാഗം രണ്ടിലെയും ചട്ടങ്ങൾ 1959 നവംബർ മാസം 1-) o തീയതി മുതലും ഭാഗം മൂന്നിലെ ചട്ടങ്ങളും 1956 നവംബർ മാസം 1-) o തീയതി മുതലും പ്രാബല്യത്തിൽ വന്നിട്ടുള്ളതാണ്. ഇതിൽ ഭാഗം ഒന്നും രണ്ടും ചേർത്ത് വാല്യം ഒന്ന് ആയും ഭാഗം മൂന്നിനെ വാല്യം രണ്ടും ആയും വ്യവസ്ഥചെയ്തിരിക്കുന്നു.
